Pricing is quoted based on the actual customer requirements (room dimensions, set temperature, unit configuration, order quantity, trade terms). We issue a formal quotation within 1–2 working days after receiving the inquiry. MOQ is 1 unit. Discounts depend on quantity, cooperation history and payment terms; we offer differentiated, case‑by‑case pricing per request.

Standard payment is by T/T telegraphic transfer, typically 30% deposit + 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Per project we can also agree on 50/50 (50% deposit + 50% before shipment) or 30/70 (30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy). For large orders we accept irrevocable L/C at sight. We do NOT accept Open Account (O/A) or installment payments.

We support EXW / FOB (Ningbo or Shanghai) / CIF / DDP and other trade terms. Sea freight fluctuates with space availability, bunker surcharges and peak season; we quote the current carrier rate at the time of inquiry and state the quotation validity. For DDP, sea freight, insurance, destination customs clearance, duties and door delivery are all itemized in the quote.

From major Chinese ports (Ningbo/Shanghai): Southeast Asia approx. 5–10 days, Middle East 18–25 days, European main ports 28–35 days, US West Coast 14–20 days / US East Coast 28–35 days, South America 35–45 days, Africa 25–40 days. Actual transit depends on the shipping line schedule; post‑arrival customs clearance plus inland delivery adds [TBC: X–X days].

We provide a complete export document pack: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, original Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (CO / Form A / E / F / M depending on destination), and copies of CE / ISO / CCC certificates. Embassy legalization or chamber‑of‑commerce certification can be arranged on request.

It depends on the trade terms: FOB/EXW – buyer arranges insurance; CIF/CIP – we cover All Risks at 110% of cargo value and send the insurance policy together with the shipping documents; DDP – we insure end‑to‑end. In case of damage/loss in transit, the claim is filed with the insurer using the policy, on‑site damage photos and a third‑party survey report (e.g. SGS); we support the customer throughout document preparation and claim follow‑up.

Standard models (common‑power units, standard panel thickness) are kept in limited stock; actual stock is confirmed at inquiry. Non‑standard configurations (special temperature, dimensions, voltage) are produced to order. For urgent orders we prioritize production scheduling and booking.

In‑stock standard models ship within the same week; typical lead time for regular orders is 15–30 working days, confirmed based on configuration, quantity and customization level. Lead time starts from receipt of deposit and the customer's written confirmation of drawings/specs, and excludes international shipping. Large or highly customized projects take longer and are confirmed project by project.

The company is ISO‑certified and holds the CCC mandatory certificate; main products carry CE (EMC/PED). For key components, some compressors are already UL‑certified, and most major components can be UL‑certified. Copies of certificates can be provided upon inquiry or after order.

Products are designed to international standards (IEC, ASHRAE) and support 110–480V, 50/60Hz. EU: CE and EU 848 ecodesign compliant. North America: main components have UL certification capability. Middle East: we can support SABER/SASO and ECAS registration. If the destination country has a special mandatory certification, we can assist after contract signing, with cost and timeline quoted separately.

12 months full‑unit warranty, counted from the Bill of Lading date.

After warranty we continue to provide lifetime paid technical support: remote troubleshooting guidance, spare‑parts supply at ex‑works price plus freight, and on‑site engineer dispatch when necessary (travel costs borne by the customer).

We cooperate with authorized service partners for local installation, repair and spare‑parts support. To know if there is local service available, please contact our sales person. The main spare parts are branded in International, most of them can be bought locally.

Commonly replaced parts on the unit primarily include various valves and components, such as sight glasses, vibration‑absorbing tubes, solenoid valves, pressure controllers, pressure gauges, and motors. Customers may also require components such as liquid receivers, oil separators, and suction accumulators. Customers can decide which spare parts to include, and we can provide quotations and packaging based on their specific requirements.

Full‑unit warranty is 12 months from the Bill of Lading date. If a quality issue arises within the warranty period, the customer provides clear on‑site photos, video and a detailed problem description, and the assigned salesperson coordinates the claim process. Wearing parts, improper operation, failure to follow the maintenance manual, abnormal voltage, force majeure, or unauthorized modification by the customer are not covered.

Remote technical support is available via WhatsApp, email, and video. Engineers can guide on‑site personnel through troubleshooting via video and, if necessary, remotely access the control system to read fault codes. Please note: The installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems require a high level of professional expertise. Customers must engage local contractors who hold specific refrigeration qualifications for this work; please avoid attempting the installation yourself or hiring general air‑conditioning installers, as a lack of professional expertise can lead to a range of problems.

We provide overseas installation service with charge, installation engineers will be at least 2. All costs for installation engineers including visa, flight, accommodation, insurance, meals will be all at customers’ cost. The daily salary is 150USD‑180USD, salary counts from the flight date to abroad, and ended from the flight date go back to China.

We have limited stock for standard products. For most of customized products, we produce based on customer’s request.

We provide a full set of Chinese‑English documentation (operation manual, maintenance manual, electrical drawings). Customers will find from our products package and they can also be sent by our sales person. Special notes: Please make sure the refrigeration system is installed by professional refrigeration engineers.

Refrigeration system installation is a kind of professional job, customers can not install by themselves if they are not professional engineers. They should find professional refrigeration engineer with installation qualification to support with the installation, testing and maintaining.

OEM/ODM is supported, we can provide private labeling for customers, you are asked to provide the logo registration certificate and authorization. In details, please contact our sales person. We have MOQ for OEM/ODM orders.

CAD layout drawings and electrical schematics for standard projects are provided to the client free of charge for use in on‑site permit applications, utility preparations, and installation guidance. We prepare these drawings during the production phase and re‑confirm requirements with the client to ensure accuracy. Intellectual property rights for custom designs remain with us; clients may not resell these designs or commission third parties to replicate them. Clients are free to use general drawings of standard models for internal reference. If required, a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed prior to contract finalization.
